Orders would take up to 12-15 business days to arrive at our distribution centre.

Kittymeow.co ships to all 16 Malaysia territories, P.O. Boxes addresses. Shipping orders placed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays, usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date for local Malaysian orders. Please allow 1-2 days handling time. Shipping may take up to an additional 7-14 working days to arrive international customers.

Kittymeow.co will not be responsible for any damage or missing parcels incurred by the courier once the parcels have been shipped and tracking numbers have been provided.

  • - Extra top up postage of ordered wrong items do need exchange.

How do I return?

  • - Drop us an email at https://kittymeow.co/contact-us including your Order Reference Number, Full name and items that are wished to be returned and we will revert to you as soon as possible

How soon will I get my return?

  • - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • - If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and item will resend to you, ready stock item within 2-4 business and preorder order item within 15¬†business days.
